These terms apply when you use this website or buy from TechX. TechX is a business in Woodbridge, Ontario, Canada, that sells the OTV Prime 11000 smart TV box and its replacement remote. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please also read our Refund policy, Shipping policy and Privacy policy, which form part of these terms.

Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under consumer protection law, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002. Where these terms and the law differ, the law wins.

1. What we sell

TechX sells hardware: the OTV Prime 11000 box, the accessories that come in its box, and replacement remotes. The box runs Android with Google Play, so you can install apps of your choice.

TechX and OTV do not provide any TV channels, streaming subscriptions or services, or any other audio-video content, and have no affiliation with any third-party content provider. Any apps, services or content you use on the box come from other companies under their own terms, and you are responsible for any subscriptions or fees they charge.

You agree to use the box only for lawful purposes and only with content you have the right to watch. TechX is not responsible for third-party apps, services or content, or for whether they are available, work, or change.

Screen images on this website are for illustration only. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. Other names and logos belong to their owners.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, the price or description was shown in error, we cannot verify the payment, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund you in full.

We aim to describe and picture our products accurately. Colours and details may look slightly different on your screen.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices can change, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Payment is taken at checkout through the payment methods shown there. Your card details are handled by our payment providers and are not stored by TechX.

4. Shipping

We ship from Woodbridge, Ontario, to addresses in Canada only. Standard shipping is free and takes about 3 to 5 business days. Express shipping, if you choose it, costs $20 and takes about 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times are estimates and start once your order has shipped; they are not guaranteed.

Please check your shipping address before you order. If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive within a reasonable time, contact us and we will help put it right.

5. Returns, refunds and warranty

You can return your order within 7 days of the day it is delivered, as set out in our Refund policy.

The OTV Prime 11000 comes with a 3-month warranty from TechX, starting on the day it is delivered. If it develops a fault from normal use in that time, contact us and we will repair it, replace it, or refund it. The warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, liquid, power surges, opening or modifying the box, or installing modified system software. It does not cover problems caused by third-party apps, services or content.

The warranty is in addition to any rights you have by law.

6. Your information

Our Privacy policy explains how we collect and use your personal information when you visit the website or place an order.

7. Website content

The text, pictures, logos and design on this website belong to TechX or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for personal use, but you may not copy them for commercial use without our written permission.

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Limits on our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, TechX is not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost data, lost profits, or the cost of subscriptions or services from other companies. To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These limits do not apply where the law does not allow them.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
